PM is the feature which works as an inbox feature so I do not think that it requires under the name of the INBOX. If you want to chat with other users in privately then you can send them a PM but one has to keep in mind that it is not sex site or does not provide a partner for the sex so do not misuse this site to find the sex partner or sex chat.
