At this age loneliness and boredom takes a toll and mentally we lose hope of living so at this age companionship makes a huge difference and that too if you both are in love you both cherish your life and you feel happy and the whole world around feels like heaven thats the magic of love.
   You are lucky enough that at this age you have not one but two close female friends bcoz its difficult to find at this age due to lack of socialisation.
   I would suggest you that you try to spend more time with them talk to them make them remember thier best moments in life thier best experiences. Try to revive those moments . like for example they liked walk on the beach in thier hay days so take her to beach for a walk making her remember the time. this will increase your closeness and bonding . Make them laugh by sharing funny moments and jokes . women love it . slowly start flirting . You have to be a smart player in this. When you find you both are close enough then its upto you how you express your feelings.
    Its so sad to know that you are been transfered to another city but you can be in touch via phone and chatting & flirting on phone is more effective as the person is not in front of you only thier image in our mind we are able to talk openly. try to experience this till then have a nice life
