First thing first, the sexual orientation are in different form, thats heterosexual, homosexual, bi sexual, panasexual, polysexual, asexual. Wht you are keen to know is the difference between homosexual and bisexual.
A homosexual person feels physically, psychologically and sexually aroused by another person of similar gender. Thats is a man in love with a man is a gay, a woman in love with a woman is a lesbian. But in general they are homosexual who doesnot feel sexually interested on opposite gender.
A bisexual is a person who gets physically, sexually and psychologically aroused by person from both gender, A man feel comfortable with both male and female is a bi sexual. Again a female feels the same with both male a female is bi sexual.
Now comes the other part of your question, you need to read the answer carefully. A gay is a male who is comfortable with another male is a gay. This male can be a Top (who takes the lead) or a Bottom (who wants to ge loved), both are gay. Gay doesnot mean one who will be a Top or Bottom. Same goes with Bi sexual, a male who loves to have sex with a female and be in bed as active or passive on bed is a bisexual. Here the key word is not get his ass fucked or get another's ass fucked. The act is completely different issue, Its not what one does in bed, it matters whom he takes in bed.
