I have a small penis and also ejaculate early. Any solutions?

Hi, I am 21 years male. I have sex frequently with my girlfriend and everytime I am not able to last for long time. ie, not more than 2 or 3 mins, and my penis is short around 5'5 ". It is becoming soft in a very short time.

I am very worried about this. Can anyone please give me a solution for this?
