Everyone has the right to wear the clothes they like! Do girls like to wear tight fitting and revealing clothes more due to environment or it it their choice? Is it not a myth that tight clothes are comfortable? The main reason for wearing tight clothes is to show their sexy figure and look good, to let us know how sexy they are! Not needed to show everyone but whom they want.
From a man's perspective, They also want girls to wear revealing clothes and show their skin as it is fun to see and men seek pleasure and even masturbate (not all). The world looks lovely by having girls around showing their skin in tight fittings though girls are beautiful in any way they are.
I will give an example to demonstrate more about my question.I was travelling from Bangalore to Mumbai by train. In my compartment a girl was also travelling with her family. She was 22 years old (name was on List of Passengers) and was very hot. She wore a tight top and leggings. Her boobs were popping up whenever she bent and her deep cut cleavage was available for show. When she made arrangements to sleep, she was very uncomfortable as she was having a small shawl which cannot cover her total body. The point is why do they wear tight clothes if they are uncomfortable? Even my sister wears short and tight clothes revealing her beauty and curves, and I know many guys enjoy watching her lustily. These are just my observations:

9. If I wear short or tight clothes, it doesn't matter much as nobody will feel erect watching a guy but girls are beautiful creatures. made her to look sexy.
10. If God made her look sexy, why should she cover herself?
11. I will not like my gf/wife to be watched by someone and feel lusty, I personally feel jealous to show my gf/wife in revealing clothes.
12. We like to see other girls in hot clothes and even wish to have sex, but in case of family, we try to prevent.
