As usual your question again makes no sense. Why are you making a rational judgment between foreplay and climax? A lot of people donot have any foreplay but still can make his girl reach climax. And again a lot of people goes for foreplay but cannot make her climax. The only exception you can go for is, non penetrative sex which strats with oral sex as foreplay and ends with foreplay on clitoral stimulation.
