My name is Pranav aged 23. i have been masturbating since from 15.. when i was 20 i have been addicted of it and from last one or two year i had masturbate daily night. I know it not good for health, like addiction i do that daily.i am so quite and simple person but this addiction disturb me daily.. I decided i will not go for masturbation ever it is possible to me??? i will definitely do that.. but only the thing tell it does not affect on health??? and how you will help..
