Gurubhai , for pregenancy male part (sperm) and female part (ovum) is needed . So for male fertility is desided by sperm count and sperm's ability to fertilized egg (ovum). Any normal laboratory will check sperm count and will report you about male fertility same for female they will check egg ie ovum circulation from ovary.
