Why is there a burning sensation when I touch or pull my foreskin?

I am 18 years old. I regularly masturbate by rubbing my penis on the bed. I tried to masturbate using my hands, but when I pulled my foreskin back, there is a burning sensation. The foreskin slides back easily but when my fingers rubbed against the head of the penis, it gave me real burning sensation.
