My Simple question to you in reply to your question is "So What" ?? So what if she's seen you without any clothes? That was just an accident right? Then it depends, How close is that friend to you. If She's Close friend, then Such things do not matter unless you're very conservative and Orthodox in your thoughts.
Yes, If She's talking about this episode to her friends to make fun out of you, then there is a problem and you need to confront/clarify.
I'm still not going into the nature of relationship between you, either you two are just friends/Good Friends/Bestest Buddies OR you're looking into a relationship with her OR other way around OR its just fun part.
If you guys are good and close friends then there is nothing wrong in doing natural things in front of your friend (I do not bring in sex of your friend, may your friend be he or she).
All matters is your relationship and understanding with your friend. Guys do change in front of their friends and so do the girls do. In India, its a big cultural "problem" if the friend present in the room is of opposite sex.
So to cut the long story short, The more you make yourself look embarrassed, the more fun that girl will have at your cost (IF at all she wants to do that). My advice to you is, Take a chill pill. Act as if nothing has happened. And If she's comfortable in being in the same room as you're changing, Being man, what difference does it make to you?? :)
