Firstly, getting pregnant is controlled by nature, you and even anti infertility drugs only increase the chances of getting pregnant. So your focus should be to maximise the chances of getting your wife pregnant. I'll come to the query of semen flowing out later.
1) Timing of sexual inter course.
Have sex during the period of ovulation. This occurs in the middle of the menstrual cycle. Example, if your wife has her periods on 1st December and 30th December, then you should engage in sex with increased frequency between 13th December and 17th December. Make hay while the sun shines if you may.
2)Stay celibate before ovulatory period
Staying celibate increases the sperm count while you have sex with your wife during the ovulatory period. If you take the above example then you should stay celibate from 8th December, which is 5 days before the beginning of ovulatory period.
3)General health.
Make sure your wife has a good general health. Factors like anaemia and chronic diseases will decrease the motility of the egg towards the uterus. And will later cause problems post conception.
4) Avoid stress:
Stress decreases the sexual drive which you need in excess to conceive a child. Avoiding stress will also increase the bonding between a husband and a wife which will help you both during and after the pregnancy .
5) Have sex in the missionary or spooning position.
Its done to help the sperms move towards the uterus. Don't make gravity your enemy.
Keep a pillow under her pelvis/butt.
Sperms coming out after inter course.
Don't worry about it, not all sperms come out, only about 2ml comes out. You have a another 3ml of sperms in her vagina. That is about 400 million sperms, while you need only one sperm to fertilise the egg.
One of the best methods to ensure your sperms reach her uterus is to orgasm together. But practically speaking this is tough so that's why I haven't put it up on the above list.
