How to put on weight?

I am very thin. My age is 18. Peolpe always laugh at me due to my thinness. In my earlier question, I had asked whether I was thin due to masturbation? You all told me that masturbation has no effec on being thin.

Please give me solution how to put on weight and become fat within a few days?
