bhargab,

In your last question you had asked “Can I become a father” And the answers told you that you can, even if you have been masturbating all your life.

Masturbation only recycles your semen. The amount of semen will not affect how your kid will be born, that all depends on genetics. It only takes one sperm to enter an ovary. Sperm reproduces at a rapid rate, varies for each person, so really using it up is a great way to keep your sperm fresh.

Masturbation is a perfectly normal and healthy form of sexual expression. Ninety-five percent of men begin to masturbate at puberty, and many continue to do so throughout life without negative consequences. Masturbation only becomes a problem if it becomes a substitute for other forms of sexual activity. No man is born with the ability to control. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation

Your testicles are constantly producing millions of sperms from the time of puberty until death. Just like blood cells, old ones die and new ones replace them. Sperm takes 75 to 90 days to mature, but once mature, they don't live long. So you can't 'save' sperm. Masturbation has no more effect on sperm cells that it does on any other part of your body. The sperm and semen are there to be ejaculated. , if you don't ejaculate the sperm cells, they are destroyed anyway, they are either reabsorbed or ejaculated in a wet dream.

So, just relax. Your habit of masturbation will NOT affect the birth of your child.
