I am 26 years old, unmarried guy of non medical background. I am practicing Kegel exercises for last 5 yrs and now I can squeeze and hold my PC muscle for 1 minute. So when I masturbates and reaches climax i.e. when I feel movement of semen from my testicles, I strongly squeeze my pc muscle, consequently I feel strong "orgasm without ejaculation". By the same process I can feel multiple orgasm after some interval.
Now, my question is that when I do not ejaculate semen, where does it go after leaving my testicles. Whether they go back to testicles or stored somewhere or disappear or converted in some other form. Is there any harmful consequence of this? Sometimes my whole pleasure is without ejeculation and sometimes I ejeculate in last round.
