Not a bad way to save many married lives, especially in a country like India, where different cultures and different traditions are going on. But i wonder why you have connected that sex, satisfaction, baby or whatever it is, only with husband, why not wife? As a woman i can say that sex is very much of bond of any married life though for some strange reasons we Indians don't ever confess it.
